The thoughts we don`t say out loud
There are thoughts we share easily, and then there are the ones we keep to ourselves.
The things we notice when everything is quiet. The things we notice about other people, relationships, and sometimes about ourselves. The moments we replay in our minds because, for whatever reason, they stayed with us.
Not every thoughts needs an answer. Sometimes it simply needs somewhere to exist.
That is part of why I created Thoughtmere.
A place to look a little closer at the things we experience but don`t always talk about — psychology, relationships, everyday moments, mistakes, choices, and the small observations that can tell us something bigger.
But not everything here needs to be figured out.
Sometimes I might write because something made me think. Sometimes because something happened that stayed with me. Other times, simply because there is something I want to put into words.
Because our lives are full of things we barely stop to notice. A conversation. A decision we made. Someone we met. Something we learned about ourselves. Even an ordinary moment can look different when we give ourselves the time to think about it.
And that is what I want Thoughtmere to have room for.
There will be thoughts about the mind and why we behave the way we do. There will be relationships, experiences, mistakes and lessons. There will probably also be things that don`t fit neatly into any category at all.
I don`t know exactly where all of that will lead yet.
And I think I like it that way.
If you are reading this, thank you for being here at the beginning. I hope Thoughtmere becomes a place where you find thoughts that stay with you — and perhaps a few that make you see something differently.
Welcome to Thoughtmere.✨

Very interesting…..I think pausing for thoughts and slowing things down a little is a good thing. Life is very rushed and often doesn’t make sense, so getting stuff in to some sort of order must be a good idea, better than just playing on your phone or watching rubbish on telly!!!
Thank you! I completely agree. I think sometimes we`re so used to rushing from one thing to the next what don`t really give ourselves time to process things. Slowing down every now and then can make such a difference. Really glad you found it interesting 🙂
